BASECAMP
bASECAMP IS A 4-week program with a coach in your corner
If you have restarted the same health kick more times than you can count, you are in exactly the right place.
Doors close Thursday, September 10
It is not knowledge. You have plenty. It is not effort. You have burned years of it. Something else keeps breaking, and it breaks in the same place every single time.
Sunday, 9pm · the promise
"This week will be different." You mean it every time. You even believe it, and honestly, you should: you know more about nutrition than most people ever will.
Thursday, 2pm · the cake
Cake in the staff room. One slice becomes "well, the day is ruined anyway," and the whole week goes down with it. Not because you are weak. Because one bad hour had nobody to catch it.
Two weeks later · the silence
The calorie app from your last attempt is still on your phone. The meal plan is still in your inbox. And here is the part that actually hurts: nobody noticed you stopped. Not the app. Not the plan. Nobody."
How many fresh starts is that now? Not diets. Years. Every one of them ended the same way: not with a decision, just a quiet fade that nobody was there to catch. And every time, you filed it under "I failed", when the truth is closer to "I was the only one holding the rope."
Six months from now you are one of two people. The one who [the outcome, e.g. gets dressed without the sigh], or the one planning yet another Monday. There is no third version where it quietly fixes itself, because it has had [e.g. ten] years of chances to.

I have been involved in fitness, in one way or another in every decade of my life. I was 8 years old when I got my first set of weights. I Started with a CHARLRES ATLAS, Joe Wieder mail-order work out system. In the military I was involved in unit wide fitness training. I have ISSA Certifications in Personal Training, Body Building Specialist, Nutrition, Recovery, Senior Fitness, and working on futhering my education all the time.
So I stopped believing in more information. You do not need another plan explaining what protein is. You need someone who notices the wobble on the day it happens, not the month after.
So I stopped trying to fix the plan, and fixed the alone part instead. What came out of that has a name.
So I built something
Not another plan for you to follow alone. A program with me inside it, every single day, for four weeks. It is called:
Four weeks. Proper food, a little Movement/Exercise. Me, in your corner, every single day. And at the end of it: gain strength, mobility and lose up to 8 pounds in the process. Create a foundation to move forward. With out punishing workouts or complicated diets”
Focusing on whole foods, this comprehensive program offers a balanced approach to nutrition. No shakes, no jabs, no macro counting, no doing it alone.
Our program equips you with everything you need to succeed.
Starts Friday, September 11
Everything you need for success
Six things. This is exactly what you get, and what each one is for:
01
Four weeks of recommended meals, mapped out for you: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, with a grocery list for each week.
So food stops being a decision. You just follow the plan.
02
Quick, family-friendly recipes, plus bonus guides for eating out, smart grocery shopping, and five-minute Super Shakes.
So eating well survives restaurants, busy weeks and real life.
03
One idea, three minutes, done before your coffee goes cold. By week four you understand the machine, not just the rules
So the results keep working after the four weeks end.
04
Every evening, a quick check-in: how did today go? On the other end, someone in your corner who sees how you are doing, day after day.
We will catch you before you fall through the cracks.
05
Once a week we get together live: what worked, what did not, and your questions answered on the spot.
So you will always have the confidence you need.
06
A group of people who started the same day you did, on the same plan, having the same week you are having.
You will never be alone on your journey.

Starts Friday, September 11

guarantee
Show up for the four weeks. Check off your daily tasks, read the lessons, complete your weekly reviews and follow the plan. Do all of that and do not see [outcome]? Then [I keep coaching you, free, until you do.
STILL UNSURE?
1. How much time does this take each day?
About 10 minutes, plus your workouts. A short lesson, meals from the plan, and a one-tap check-in. That is the whole daily ask.
2. I have tried everything. Why would this work?
You have tried programs. You have not tried daily accountability from a coach who reads every check-in. The plan handles the food; the check-ins handle the part where you usually disappear in week two.
3. Do I need to count calories or give up my favorite foods?
No and no. Whole foods, simple guidelines, over 30 recipes, ready-made shopping lists, and a restaurant guide for eating out. Real life is allowed here.
4. What if I join and then life gets busy?
Then the check-in does its job. You cannot quietly disappear, because we will notice and reach out. A bad day is data, not failure; you will hear that a lot inside.
Four weeks. Ten minutes per day. [X] places, doors close Thursday, September 10. Everyone who does the work wins, and I would love for one of them to be you.
